Builders that have not yet renewed their RNC Program Participation Agreements must do so immediately. Any builders who have not renewed by March 20th will be deactivated in our system and raters will not be able to submit homes on their behalf. After March 20th, the builder will need to complete a new builder application and upload a copy of their W9 to become active. Below is a link to the New Builder Application for new builders and any builder that needs to renew after March 20th.
